Rent a room at Psi Omega!

Our fraternity house consists of 18 dorm style rooms in a 2 floor home located approximately 1/2 mile from Moos Tower.  Many of the benefits of living in the home include mentorship with other students, access to the waxing lab/study area, community TV room, shared kitchen, keg on tap, large front lawn, propane grill and fellowship with classmates/members .

The area includes many attractions such as:

• Lots of green space
• Restaurants and Bars
• TCF Bank Stadium
• East River Parkway trail that follows the Mississippi River through Minneapolis
• CVS Pharmacy with small grocery
• Seward Co-op across the Franklin St. bridge

 Monthly rent is currently $325/mo for members. House members must also be fraternity members. Dues are $110 for the first year of membership and $100 for every year after.
