Lutsen countdown begins!
We are 27 days away from our most fun event of the year, our annual ski trip to Lutsen Ski hill. Due to fewer people signing up, we have decided that two large townhouses will be plenty. The townhouses are still much larger than the ones we have rented in the past, so there will be plenty of room to lounge, socialize, and have fun. These cabins are so slick, they even have hottubs! Sign up now to reserve your spot with Kevin Liberko. You don’t want to miss out on this weekend!
Fees are $25 for members and $50 for nonmembers.
Tailgate success!
We had a great turnout for the first annual alumni tailgate this weekend. Many students and alumni came over to the house to enjoy breakfast, coffee, and a Bloody Mary bar in preparation for the Gopher football game vs. Nebraska. Our positive energy must have worked because the Gophers pulled out a win against the #24 Cornhuskers. This is the second consecutive week of big wins for us. With wins over Northwestern and Nebraska, the 6-2 Gophers are now bowl eligible!
Notable alumni that came by include Past President of the MDA Dr. Mike Flynn, alumni treasurer Dr. Paul Thai, bench/clinic instructor Dr. Craig Freirichs, and bench/clinic instructor Dr. Robert Beattie.
Alumni Tailgate 9am Tomorrow – Minnesota vs. Nebraska
The Gophers are coming off of a big win over Northwestern. This week proves to be another challenge for Minnesota as they take on the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Come to the Psi Omega Chalet to help cheer them on to another big win.
Alumni are always welcome to tailgate at the house or park in the lot for games but we have designated this weekend as the official alumni weekend this season. Stay tuned in future years for alumni tailgate dates and times.
The tailgate begins at 9:00 am and will include coffee and donuts, beer, and a Bloody Mary bar. We will also be grilling hot dogs and burgers so come hungry. Non-members are welcome to come too for only $5!

Join us this evening for a bonfire and s’mores. Lets help the D1s unwind with some beers after their first gross anatomy exam of the year. If you are going to the networking event just stop over afterwards! See you tonight!

Join us this evening for grilled burgers and brats, beer, lawn games and socializing. We have made several updates to the house since last year so come check them out! They include new couches upstairs, a striped parking lot, and brand new commercial grade freezer and refrigerators.
